PRESIDENT’S RECEPTION AND

Wednesday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner;

Thursday: breakfast, lunch, and dinner;

Friday: breakfast

More information regarding conference meals.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE & BANQUET INFO

Conference & event attire is business casual. March is always unpredictable weather in the PNW. We recommend dressing in layers.

New this year, President Adkisson is inviting everyone to dress as their favorite superhero for Wednesday dinner and to dress as the hero's alter ego for the annual banquet. (Think Superman Wednesday and Clark Kent Thursday.) Dressing up is NOT required to attend either function – this is just a fun twist on “what to wear to dinner”.

AUCTION NIGHT

Wednesday night’s dinner festivities will include several fundraising activities, a live auction, and raffle drawings. Please consider picking up an auction item to donate and help replenish WMCA’s scholarship fund!

RAFFLES, SILENT AUCTION & WMCA STORE

All proceeds from the raffles, silent and live auctions, and items purchased in the WMCA Store fund scholarships to attend the WMCA and IIMC annual conferences, the Northwest Clerks Institute, Fall Education Days, Spring Academy, and Athenian Dialogues.

Credit cards are welcome, and you can open a tab! Bring your spirit of giving and buy raffle tickets, bid on silent and live auction items, and support our clerks’ professional development!
